Referrals and Team Work
Christine believes in a team approach to therapy and in close collaboration with parents and caregivers. She makes referrals to other professionals, if warranted. Families play a crucial role in their child’s progress and participate in the treatment process, if applicable. In the interest of the child, the goal for the parent is to develop skills and strategies that will enable them to become their “personal best” in helping their child grow.
Resilient Families: Parent Discussion Group
Announcing an exciting opportunity to join a guided Parent Discussion Group, for parents of children with developmental difficulties. The group discussions will cover parenting beliefs and challenges, family routines and relationships, and ways to increase self-care, coping and support.
